What is Greenflow?

Greenflow is a delivery platform that connects consumers with high-quality cannabis products.

Do I need my ID when I accept my order?

Yes.  Make sure to have your government-issued ID ready at the time of delivery.  

 

May someone else receive my order?

No.  By law, we may only deliver to the person who placed the order.

 

Do I need a medical cannabis card to make a purchase?

If you are 18-20 years old, you will need a medical recommendation.  If you are 21+, you do not need a medical cannabis card and may purchase cannabis recreationally.  

 

What documents are acceptable forms of identification?

A government-issued driver's license/state license, photo ID, or passport.

 

How does the approval process work?

We will verify your documents when you place your first order.  There is no waiting period.  We will contact you if we require further documentation.  

 

May I place an order in advance?

Yes, you may schedule a future delivery.

 

When will my delivery arrive?

Most deliveries are completed within 30-90 minutes.  Delivery times may vary depending on the time of the day, traffic, and events in the area.  Some deliveries may take longer than usual.  

 

Will I be informed of what time my delivery arrives?

Yes.  You'll be notified via text when the driver is in route with an estimated time of arrival (ETA).  You will receive another text notification when the driver is approaching your address.

 

What is the maximum wait for a driver and can the driver drop my order inside an apartment building?

Your driver will not enter your premise.  You will require to meet the driver at the front door of your house/apartment or at the curb of your delivery address.  The maximum wait time is 5min. 

 

What are my payment options?

 You may pay by credit card, cash, or Venmo.  If you're paying in cash, drivers can provide up to $10 in change.

 

Is there a limit to how much product I can purchase?

Yes.  California regulations restrict customers to a daily purchase limit of 28.5 grams (1oz) of Flower or 8 grams of Concentrates or 8000mg edibles.

 

How are taxes calculated?

Customers may see 3 types of California taxes on their receipt:

  • Excise Taxes
  • Local Cannabis Taxes
  • Sales & Use Taxes

Patients with valid MMID only pay 5% for sales & use taxes.  But for excise taxes and local cannabis taxes is the same as recreational.

 

What guidelines do you have for customers?

*Only verified members can receive deliveries.

*Missed deliveries may lead to termination of membership.

*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

What are your return policy?

All sales are final.  There are no cash refunds on any products.  Customers may exchange defective cartridges or batteries within 7 days. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the price paid or the remaining value of the item based on Greenflow's discretion.  Customers must retain a receipt and/or have an active profile to make exchanges.  If you are experiencing an issue with your battery or cartridge, please see the return section.
